• Create Enterprise Manager Reports dashboards to analyze customer usage of the reports and average run time of the reports.
• Create data connections both standalone and multiple data sources on Tableau using data blending.
• Create and Schedule Data Extracts for better performance of dashboards on Tableau with multiple worksheets.
• Work with DBAs to tune SQL generated by MicroStrategy reports and to collect DB statistics.
• Create SSIS packages for data loads if required.
• Create Packages to move MicroStrategy objects between different environments and promoting to the Production.
• Work with MicroStrategy Transaction services to update the links on the MicroStrategy web pages to provide access to various subject area reports.
• Involve in MSTR upgrade activities.
• Troubleshoot report and data issues and supporting the users in problem resolution.
• Work with the Services department BI users and SMEs to deliver a services dashboard.
